How to Get Motivated to Lose Weight

 

Weight loss can be very challenging and down right discouraging. Some people eat everything they want and they never gain an inch. Some of us don’t eat much and we gain weight easily. How can you stay motivated with such challenges?

 

 One option is to get on a weight loss program with your significant other or friend or a family member. Getting on a weight loss program with someone else can help a lot. Sharing the experience of  the ups and downs, the plateau’s and everything in between with someone else makes it less discouraging and one is less likely to give up

 

Goal setting is very important. The goals should be achievable and realistic. 

Stay positive, take every challenge as away to learn to do better

Celebrate every little positive move and reward yourself for your success and don’t ever criticize yourself when things aren’t going your way.

Keep a Journal

Make a commitment

Spend time with like minded people

Don't compare yourself with others

Have a clear understanding why you want to lose weight

You should never forget with a positive attitude, determination and hard work you can realize your goals.
